Denali Anesthesia were friendly, calm and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I wasn't anxious but they projected calm and confidence and that made me feel better.

Brian put me at a lot of ease. He educated me but did not bore me out, as I was in pain and needed my epidural to help me with my delivery. He was kind and made laugh when he sensed both my husband and I were nervous and anxious. He even came back when the anesthesia wore off to check on us and that made me feel like I mattered.

They were the best. Went above and beyond explaining everything. Thank you so much for being there and helping with the team. I am doing awesome. Never had ANY pain!

Anethesiologist was a lovely lady who did her best to ally any of my fears. After having several transfers from one gurney to another to a bed I didn't think I had it in me to survive another. Registered my concern to this lady and she reassured me that I would not leave the bed until I was sound asleep. That was a real stress reliever. I sure did like the anesthesia lady however. She was very comforting.

After some apprehension the anesthesiologist was able to make me feel calm and the pre-op procedure went very well. I remember fully "waking up" and looking at the clock at 10:10 am with a fairly clear mind without side affects. Great job!

Dr Emily Olsen was a caring, listening, confident, very professional anesthesiologist who handled my care with great skill! It was a complicated third surgery on my shoulder replacement. My recovery from anesthesia was swift and with minimal pain thanks to the the plan Dr Olsen implemented with me. She also kept my caregivers well informed.

Appreciate talking with Dr Allen in pre surgery room. Denali Anesthesia asked me questions and listened to my questions with answers that helped me relax a bit. I didn't have any post surgery anesthesia issues.

They checked up on me twice (phoned) the following 5 days). All went well. But I live alone - happy to have calls to be sure I knew about the pain block and whether I was having any side effects.

He was very nice and helpful and made me feel better by helping me not be as nervous for the surgery. Thank you.

I think his name was Carl, he ended up having to get my IV started as the nurses were unable. He made me feel at ease for the procedure. Very professional. Once in the procedure room he ensured I was comfortable, asked if I had any last minute questions or concerns, and then started my countdown. Once procedure was completed he saw me again to ensure I was recovering OK. EXCELLENT care received. THANK YOU!!!!

Denali Anesthesia came into my prep area. They introduced them selves, told me who they were and asked me a few questions. They asked about previous anesthesia experiences, I told her morphine made me sick and I struggled with fentanyl. After a few more questions and a little small talk they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. After the surgery I woke up back in the prep area, I was amazed that I just woke up, no struggle on nausea and very little to no pain, very bad case of dry mouth though. Denali Anesthesia did a great job as my Anesthesiologist.

The two CRNA's were so good to me during the whole process. Truly thankful. They were so empathetic and professional. Great people.

I had a life threatening problem before the surgery could start and the anesthetist handled it well and got me to ICU and a ventilator to save my life.

I have anxiety with regards to surgery. My anesthesia provider heard me and understood that. He provided me with meds prior to the procedure while I was waiting to head back to the operating room. Also during the surgery I did NOT wake up to see what was happening and I was EXTREMELY pleased of that.

Denali Anesthesia was professional, helpful and knowledgeable during my pre-surgery. The team helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed during this pre-surgery time. Answered any questions I raised.

They were very proactive about pain control. Also, I drank the special pre anesthesia drink and woke afterwards feeling really good!

Dr. Morris was also the anesthesiologist for my mom when she had open heart surgery and he was amazing!

Dr. Olsen and her team were great. She came to talk with me prior to the surgery and asked about concerns and any problems I experienced in the past with anesthesia. She explained what they were going to do. The team did a wonderful job. I felt relaxed and had 100% confidence in the team. I did not experience any of the side effects that I had with past surgeries. It was nice not having headaches or vomiting. Thank you for the care the team displayed during my surgery.

Waking up from past surgeries I have been very sick from the anesthesia‚ or maybe it was from what they gave me to bring me back to consciousness. In any case I talked to the Dr about this problem and he made sure I woke up without feeling nauseous! I was so thankful.

Tom was extremely kind and took the time to check in on me multiple times before and after I gave birth. I want to give him my deepest thanks for making the process feel more comfortable and less stressful for my family and for his kindness.

I especially enjoyed speaking with the anesthesiologist by the name of Cody. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions I had. This is the best experience I have had to date with anesthesiology.

This was my 11th surgery since 2005 and I must admit, one of the best experiences.

We were so amazed at how personable he was and how he took the time to be with us and answered all our questions and needs!
